I headed into the office this morning for some head space, time in the car, and a focus upon just two timely projects. Plus my kids have off from school today so accomplishing the same projects in my home office would have presented its own challenges! While driving, I always appreciate the chance to think and gain perspective.

This week I am happy to share this video below as a resource for reflection. As the quote indicates, investing time into our own “harvesting” improves impact. As someone in the people business, witnessing the beauty in the images of this video- from Yosemite National Park, one of my favorite places on earth – grounds me in in the importance of appreciating the beauty of now.
